Rosanne is a lawyer in the Corporate/M&A practice and specializes in (international) acquisitions, restructurings, mergers, corporate governance issues and commercial contracts. Her work consists of drafting transaction documentation and advising and negotiating on it.
Rosanne graduated from VU University with a master’s degree in civil law with strong focus on Corporate Law and mergers and acquisitions. Rosanne completed a minor in Scotland at the University of Glasgow. Prior to joining Rutgers & Posch, Rosanne was working at Loyens & Loeff, where she also worked on real estate transactions and related litigation.
