Position

Hadrien de Lauriston joined Hoche in January 2021 after practicing for nearly 10 years at several leading international law firms. He leads the Restructuring department.

Specializing in the prevention and management of corporate difficulties, he assists both distressed debtors in finding solutions to enable their turnaround and other stakeholders (creditors, shareholders, etc.) to best protect their interests in a crisis context. He also has extensive experience in the acquisition of distressed companies, whether in a judicial or non-judicial context, and has been involved in several major cases in recent years.

He works closely with other departments of the firm, particularly the employment law and M&A departments.

He is a member of the French Institute of Collective Proceedings Practitioners (IFPPC), the French Association for Consular Institutions (AFFIC), the Association of Young Restructuring Professionals (AJR), the French Association for Business Restructuring and Turnaround (ARE), and the International Bar Association (IBA).
