    Lucie advises the firm’s clients on a wide range of intellectual property matters, including trademarks, designs, domain names, patents and copyright.

    In this context, she assists both companies and individuals throughout the lifecycle of their intangible assets, from their initial protection (including prior art searches, filings, renewals and administrative procedures), to their development and strategic management (including portfolio management, drafting of assignment and licence agreements, audits and partnerships), as well as their defence (including advisory work, negotiations, coexistence agreements and letters of undertaking), in an international context.
