She ensures the protection of intellectual property, which includes prior art research, overseeing industrial property filings, and navigating complex administrative processes. She also manages asset value through strategic management of IP portfolios, negotiating agreements, facilitating transfers and licenses, conducting audits, and fostering advantageous partnerships. Moreover, Milena acts on behalf of the firm’s clients in anti-counterfeiting measures, legal disputes, administrative proceedings, and customs-related matters.

Her expertise also extends to contract law, new technologies (including artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, NFTs and Web 3.0), as well as personal data protection.
