Alina is Founding Partner of MPR Partners and heads the firm's Lodon office. She has frequently acted as lead counsel for both complex project and day-to-day assistance undertaken by major corporations in the areas of practice mentioned above. Alina’s expertise equally extends to amicable settlement of disputes as well as the configuration of the client’s pre-litigation conduct, having obtained in this respect notable and cost saving results.

With extensive experience in the legal profession, out of which 8 with a Romania magic circle firm, where she lastly held a partner position, Alina has been at the forefront of some of the largest transactions, projects and international commercial & investment arbitrations involving Romanian counsel.
