The outsourcing concerns surface and transport services, operation and minor maintenance, firefighting and ambulance services, field operation services, treatment facilities operation services for five lots throughout Romania. The consortium composed of J. Christof E&P Services S.R.L. and Christof Private Firefighting Services S.R.L. has been awarded two of the auctioned lots. The merger control notifications were successful, the competition authorities from both Romania and Serbia concluding that this operation does not raise significant competition obstacles in neither of the two respective jurisdictions.
