The Romanian Competition Council has authorised the takeover of Oltchim’s assets

authorised the takeover of Oltchim’s assets.

The Romanian

Competition Council approved Chimcomplex’s 127 million EUR takeover of assets

of the petrochemical plant Oltchim S.A.
