Ms. Soydan graduated from Near East University Faculty of Law in 2003. She is experienced in representing clients from a wide range of different markets including but not limited to automotive, FMCG, construction and cosmetics. Due to her vast experience in employment lawsuits and mediation proceedings, HR compliance procedures and industrywide bargaining for collective labor agreements, Ms. Soydan is has been leading our firm’s employment law experts for several years. In addition to labor law matters, Ms. Soydan is also experienced in dispute resolutions regarding to family law, intellectual property law and consumer law. She also assists clients on drafting framework employment contracts for both blue-collar and white-collar employees, realizing human resources health checks, providing employment and health & safety compliance advice, assisting internal work investigations, advising on redundancy and transfer procedures, supporting all types of hiring procedures, risk assessments of termination of employment contracts, preparing necessary documents for all stages of the dismissal procedures.
