Kenneth Cramer is particularly engaged in lawsuits over commercial and intellectual property law and he provides advice on marketing law, imitation, trademark law, data protection law and related issues.

Moreover, Kenneth has many years of experience in advising on franchising matters, e.g. the negotiation and preparation of franchise agreements and the settlement of disputes.

He has conducted a large number of court and arbitration proceedings and is thus a highly experienced litigator.
