Partner with right of audience before the Danish Supreme Court

Claus Guldager has extensive experience in advising companies’ supreme management bodies.

He provides expert advice on labour and employment law, including on the  legal rights of CEOs, and he has extensive knowledge of data protection law. He is a highly experienced litigator and he conducts many court and arbitration proceedings, often relating to employment law disputes.

Claus has conducted several legal inquiries, including a legal inquiry for the Danish Parliament on police use of an ”action card” in connection with the destruction of mink.

Claus’ expertise is based on substantial experience with the provision of general commercial law advice, including advice on contractual relationships, company law, and the establishment and transfer of businesses.

Claus has served on boards for many years.
