Career

Partner with right of audience before the Danish High Courts

Jon Stefansson has special expertise in company law, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance law, and the sale and purchase of business sites and properties.

Within the field of company law, Jon Stefansson is particularly engaged in the establishment of companies, restructuring, mergers/demergers as well as liquidations, and he has assisted in several transactions involving both Danish and foreign players.

Jon also has experience in financing, project development and completion of large real estate projects. Moreover, he is engaged in banking and finance law, including as an adviser to a number of Danish banks on the banks' own affairs and on insolvency issues.

He also provides general business advice, e.g. on restructuring, and he is a member of the boards of directors of a number of companies.

Finally, Jon is a member of the board of directors of Andersen Partners and participates in the day-to-day management of the company.
