Søren Bisgaard primarily provides advice within company law, M&A, and purchase and sale of rental properties. In addition, Søren particularly advises on company and management restructuring, mergers and demergers, and he assists in transactions with Danish as well as foreign parties.

Moreover, Søren has special experience in project development and completion of large real estate projects, e.g. in relation to municipal and regional property development and regulatory processing.

For many years, Søren has also advised players within the area of leasing and financing.
