Peter Stanstrup provides advice on commercial and company law matters, including the formation of businesses, restructuring, ownership transfers, mergers and acquisitions.

In addition, Peter provides advice on direct and indirect taxes, just as he conducts cases for the administrative authorities and the courts of law in Denmark. He has also conducted cases before the European Court of Justice.

Moreover, Peter acts as defence counsel in criminal proceedings, e.g. in cases concerning tax crimes and financial crimes, and he is a court-assigned defence counsel before the Court in Kolding and the Western Division of the Danish High Court.
