Simon Lotze is the head of our IPR department and he has extensive experience in trademarks, designs, marketing and copyright at national and international level.

Through many years, Simon has advised large international companies and individual artists and designers which has given him substantial insight into the challenges and opportunities faced by commercial players and creative inventors.

With his in-depth knowledge of IPR rights, Simon focuses particularly on protecting and enforcing his clients’ rights, physically and online.

Simon also has extensive experience in providing advice and developing IPR strategies, including preparation and negotiation of contracts, ensuring correct and efficient use of IPR rights.

This includes licence agreements, coexistence agreements, distribution agreements, royalty agreements, etc.

With his pragmatic approach and deep understanding of the challenges that rights holders face, Simon is a trusted adviser to those who want to protect, use and enforce their intellectual property rights.
