Position

Fleur Onrust is partner and co-founder of Envir Advocaten. Fleur Onrust represents clients in matters before municipalities, provincial authorities, district courts and the Dutch Administrative High Court and acts as a legal advisor for corporations, large foundations and governmental bodies. Fleur is a deputy judge at the Overijssel District Court for the department of environmental law.

Fleur has 16 years of experience practicing administrative law with specific expertise on administrative enforcement, regulations and subsidies. A recent example is the successful representation of a large corporation in order to safeguard the functioning of their business in the vital sector servicing 20,000 households against the backdrop of COVID-19.

Fleur Onrust is a well-known expert on protected species regulations. Fleur advises corporations and governments where the presence of protected species jeopardizes the advancement of large development projects.
