Diversity

Drašković Popović & Partners is fully committed to the principles of diversity. Diversity, equity, differentiation, and uniqueness are among the goals that our law firm strives to achieve when it comes to our team and services. We firmly believe that a strong commitment to diversity enables a company to build a unique team and create a unique combination of an inclusive environment and opportunity for growth and development both individually and as a team.

Hence our belief that an inclusive and diverse workplace makes us stronger and more effective, as it provides the opportunity for an individual to achieve the fullest potential. Not only do we cultivate and nurture existing diversity when it comes to gender, nationality, cultural background, socio-economic status, and sexual orientation, but we also proactively implement these beliefs in our hiring process. We believe that diversity opens up the mind, broadens horizons and generally makes us all better people.

An environment that cultivates diversity awakens social responsibility, which is a duty every individual and every company has to perform to maintain the balance between the economy and the ecosystem. Drašković Popović & Partners is especially proud to be a socially responsible firm supporting several humanitarian activities and non-profit organizations and events. The sense of responsibility towards the community and the environment, both ecologically and socially, motivates us to move forward and constantly explore new ways to better care about the increasingly globalized society that we are all a part of.

In our effort to cultivate a diversified work culture, we are also trying to make a positive impact on the society:

  • We have created the “We care” platform through which we implement various support programs, both internally and externally;
  • We have been supporters of the Belgrade Dance Festival, a festival that provides tremendous support to both local and international professional dancers, teachers, choreographers and representatives of all artistic fields. We are proud to have been a part of the festival for more than 5 years in a row now, and plan to continue supporting it;
  • We also support UNICEF, NURDOR, and other humanitarian organizations;
  • We continue to support the Belgrade Faculty of Law team for the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court in Vienna.
