Kevin specialises on corporate and commercial law. He heads the private clients department within the firm, where he specialises in international structuring for ultra high-networth-individuals, families, succession, asset protection structuring, citizenship and immigration issues.

Dr Kevin Deguara is a qualified lawyer and the managing partner of DF Advocates – a Malta-based law firm advising clients on general and complex business transactions and assisting in disputes across a range of industries and sectors.

During his career Kevin has advised a number of local and international companies involved in different economic sectors. Among others he has advised financial institutions, iGaming companies, real estate companies, manufacturing companies, educational institutions, retail organisations as well as sport organisations and clubs on various matters from complicated corporate structures involving various jurisdictions and joint ventures to sponsorships and contract negotiation.

Dr Deguara speaks Maltese, English and Italian

Kevin is a member of the Malta Chamber of Advocates, vice president of the Maltese-French Chamber of Commerce, member of the Eurojuris International Tax Group (Eurojuris International), a founding member of Omnia – an Italian legal network desk, and an IIP Malta Accredited Agent.
