Position

His practice covers a wide range of banking and finance work and capital markets and M&A transactions. Sabin advised on a number of headline transactions in Romania, assisting both domestic and international clients, either financial institutions or corporates.

He is focused on financial services, infrastructure and energy sectors and has extensive experience in project finance, sovereign financing, structured finance, corporate, asset and acquisition finance, as well as in M&A and capital markets (including Eurobonds, RON denominated bonds and GDRs).

Sabin has written numerous papers on developments in law relating to private international laws, capital markets, securitisation and leasing. He regularly provides insights as a speaker at international conferences and seminars.
