Valerie Mufraggi is Managing Associate in charge of the Employment law department in Zabaldano Lawyers
She has over 12 years of experience in Monegasque law and is a recognized expert for her professionnalism and thoroughness in handling complex employment cases
She advises local and international companies and individuals in all matters of employmentr law on all employment-related issues such as teleworking, non-competition clauses, work accidents, retirement, etc. She intervenes upstream during the negotiation of employment contracts, throughout their execution and when they are terminated, both in individual disputes and in collective disputes.
She also supervises bodily injury litigation as well as work-related accidents matters.
Career
Valerie joined the firm in 2011 after 19 years previously working as a lawyer in France. She now runs the Employment law team.
