She has over 22 years of experience in Monegasque law and acts for international and local clients including banks, promoters, constructors, real estate companies, landlords and tenants and insurance companies. Cecile has acquired a solid experience in civil and commercial litigation as well as real estate matters, with a particular focus on construction, real estate development and commercial leases. Her experience includes notably securitisation and enforcement proceedings, drafting and negotiating leases, as well as all types of civil or administrative real estate litigations.

Nicolas ROBERT

Nicolas ROBERT is Managing Associate in charge of the Private and Public Business law litigation department in Zabaldano Lawyers Nicolas has over 18 years of experience in Monegasque law. Her main field of expertise is business criminal law and she works with Arnaud Zabaldano on several leading criminal cases coordinating multi-disciplinary and multi-jurisdictional teams in order to provide valuable advice in highly complex cross border matters to a local and foreign clientele, in proceedings with an international dimension (such as international letters of rogatory, white-collar crime, extradition requests, etc.).

Valerie Mufraggi is Managing Associate in charge of the Employment law department in Zabaldano Lawyers She has over 12 years of experience in Monegasque law and is a recognized expert for her professionnalism and thoroughness in handling complex employment cases She advises local and international companies and individuals in all matters of employmentr law on all employment-related issues such as teleworking, non-competition clauses, work accidents, retirement, etc. She intervenes upstream during the negotiation of employment contracts, throughout their execution and when they are terminated, both in individual disputes and in collective disputes. She also supervises bodily injury litigation as well as work-related accidents matters.
