Junior Associate: Adam has joined LEGATE team in 2022 after graduating the university studies in Bratislava. Adam engaged Insolvecny & Restructuring, commercial, corporate and dispute resolution team to gain specialization in the field to provide the clients with specific legal advisory.

Senior Partner: Since joining the team in 2001 Alena secured a long term liaison with the matters concerning the MOL Group. Alena is invaluable member when speaking of energy projects construction and development while being the counsel fully devoted to the client and his interests, among other also holding the contract negotiations, presiding the operative meetings with the contractors during the course of contract and advising the project managers regarding the course of the contract until the project is fully finished including post contractual advisory. Alena shows remarkable skills related to EPC contracts, plus-fee contracts and matters related to coordination of public procurement and financial project management of the engineering department of significant energy and industry players within Slovak Republic.

Senior Associate: Since joining the LEGATE team, Ivana mainly focuses on corporate and commercial matters and matters related to contract law. Ivana’s previous broad experience acquired in several of well-known Slovak law offices which allowed to gain and benefit from invaluable commercial and corporate law skills.

Senior Associate: MAtej has joined LEGATE team in March 2023 and since his arrival is engaged within the Commercial law and Disputes agenda Moreover Matej specializes also at the corporate law, energy law, M&A giving the clients reliable legal support and advisory.

Of counsel: Miroslav became part of the LEGATE team in October 2019 and concurrently being an Of counsel since 2020. He benefits from his former 12 years-experience as head of legal at leading energy player in Slovakia with 1.3 Mio customers in both gas and electricity supplies. During his practice, Miroslav has gained complex and diverse legal expertise, particularly in the area of energy law and regulation, consumer protection, competition and the contractual matters and matters falling under the commercial law. In 2018, Miroslav co-authored “Practical Commentary of Energy Act” published by Wolter Kluwers. Moreover, in August 2020 Miroslav has been temporarily appointed by the National Council of the Slovak republic as a member (one of six experts within the energy sector) of Regulatory Board of the Slovak Regulatory Office for Network Industries, proving the high-end energy sector expertise. In October 2021 Miroslav has been re-elected by the National Council of the Slovak Republic for next 6 years to continue in his mission at Regulatory Board of the Regulatory Office for Network Industries that claimed his unrivalled value within the energy sector.

Senior Associate: Silvia joined LEGATE in 2021 from top international law firm with great prospects to fortify LEGATE's employment team, while being recent PhD. graduate in employment law. Moreover, Silvia specializes at GDPR aspects, commercial and corporate agenda of LEGATE clients and providing the complex legal advisory in the field.

Junior Associate: Soňa has joined LEGATE team in 2021 after graduating the university studies in Trnava. Soňa engaged commercial, corporate and dispute resolution team to gain specialization in the field to provide the clients with specific legal advisory.

Senior Associate: Viktoria joined the LEGATE team in 2008 and specializes for the field of public procurement, taxation matters and administrative law matters. As the essential individual of LEGATE team, Viktoria provides the clients with significant advices and legal recommendations related to smooth procurement processes and complex taxation issues. Nevertheless, Viktoria is key member when it comes to public law matters including the counselling to municipalities being under intense high public scrutiny.
