Position
Urs Zeltner mainly deals with business law. He assists companies in all matters of company law, during incorporation, restructuring, changes in capital and transactions and in the areas of contract law, employment law and immigration law. Urs Zeltner also advises private individuals inter alia in relation to asset and inheritance planning and estate administration.
