Britta Rehfisch

Britta Rehfisch advises companies and private individuals on value-added tax (VAT) and customs law issues. Her expertise is focused on cross-border issues, real estate and collective investments. Alongside her specialisation in VAT, she also advises on corporate tax law. Britta Rehfisch is recognized as leading individual in Swiss tax law by the international professional services guide Women in Tax Leaders.

Fabian Duss works mainly in the area of national and international corporate tax, with a particular focus on tax effective supply chain management, transfer pricing, restructuring and corporate takeovers. He also advises in relation to capital market transactions and collective investments and industry-specific issues regarding banks, insurance companies and asset managers. In addition, Fabian Duss advises Family Offices and Executives.

Fabian Streule mainly advises companies and groups on national and international tax law. This includes in particular tax advice in relation to reorganisations, intra-group transactions and investment management structures. Jürg Altorfer specializes in advising entrepreneurial companies and their shareholders on national and cross-border tax and social security law. Manuel Dubach works in the area of national and international tax law. Michael Felber specialises in questions relating to national and international corporate tax law, and in particular issues surrounding collective investments. In addition, he supports clients in judicial procedures and advises private clients in all matters of tax law and social security issues arising in cross-border situations.

Pascal Taddei advises on national and international tax law and specialises in restructurings, M&A, intragroup transactions, financings, fund structures and the relocation of companies to and from Switzerland. Pascal Taddei also provides tax advice for private clients.

Patrick Balz mainly works in the area of national and international tax law, in particular regarding corporate restructurings and advice to private individuals.

Theodor A.J. Ambauen

Theodor A.J. Ambauen works in the area of national and international tax law. One focus of his work is the provision of tax compliance services to high net worth individuals and corporate taxpayers.

Urs Zeltner mainly deals with business law.
