He has extensive experience working with general real estate law, real estate transactions, commercial rental law, general corporate legal matters, and financing issues. Previous clients include Swedish and foreign real estate funds, public companies, real estate companies and state owned companies.
Patrik Lilieblad heads the firm’s Corporate & Investments department. He has extensive experience and knowledge of M&A, private equity, general corporate matters and real estate transactions from working with several Swedish and international clients across a wide range of industries. His work with transaction related matters also covers joint ventures, corporate governance, restructurings, venture capital, and investments. Clients include Swedish and foreign funds, private equity firms and private companies.
Tom Hofset heads several project development and construction matters, in particular within the real estate, infrastructure and energy sectors.
