Daniel Jönsson

Daniel Jönsson is one of the founding partners of Real Advokatbyrå. He has extensive experience working with general real estate law, real estate transactions, commercial rental law, general corporate legal matters, and financing issues. Previous clients include Swedish and foreign real estate funds, public companies, real estate companies and state owned companies.

Johan Asklund heads several large and complex real estate transactions, especially within the care and residential segment, on behalf of several renowned domestic and foreign actors. In addition, Johan has leads joint ventures with real estate applications, as well as domestic and cross-border restructurings and co-investment processes.

Mikael Laag is one of the founding partners of Real Advokatbyrå. Mikael specialises in real estate law, banking and finance law, and has extensive experience with real estate transactions. Mikael also works with real estate development, commercial rental law and general corporate matters. Clients include Swedish and foreign real estate funds, banks, public companies, real estate companies and state owned companies.

Patrik Lilieblad

Patrik Lilieblad heads the firm’s Corporate & Investments department. He has extensive experience and knowledge of M&A, private equity, general corporate matters and real estate transactions from working with several Swedish and international clients across a wide range of industries. His work with transaction related matters also covers joint ventures, corporate governance, restructurings, venture capital, and investments. Clients include Swedish and foreign funds, private equity firms and private companies.

Tom Hofset heads several project development and construction matters, in particular within the real estate, infrastructure and energy sectors.
