Susana Santos Valente has extensive experience assisting in large scale litigation and in the management of credits and claims judicial procedures, international credit recovery, insolvency proceedings and Special Program for Corporate Recovery.
Education
Law degree (Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa, 1997); Attended and completed the academic section of the Master's Degree in Civil - Legal Sciences (Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa, 2007). Author of the chapter relative to Portugal in "Enforcement of Money Judgements" by Juris Publishing, Inc. (2007).
