Position

Torkil Høg specializes in competition and procurement law and has many years of experience in handling disputes and litigation. This includes managing disputes related to the public sector, litigation, and arbitration processes. His experience encompasses cases in both district and high courts as well as the European Court of Justice, including procedures before the EU Court. Additionally, he advises bidders in procurement processes.

Torkil has been a regular advisor to the travel industry, giving him extensive knowledge and experience in advising on the specific regulations of the travel sector. He has conducted virtually all principal legal cases concerning regulatory issues in the industry and has been a regular legal advisor for several passenger transport companies and their trade organizations.

Torkil Høg also advises on regulatory and contractual matters within the care sector and the pharmaceutical field. He has extensive experience in drafting contracts related to the development of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and has significant insight into private nursing homes, including tariff-related issues.

As a former member of the Instruction Commission ("Støjberg Commission"), he has in-depth knowledge of legislation and processes related to the work of inquiry commissions, and he is familiar with the rules and principles governing the roles and responsibilities of civil servants.
