Anders Hammer Hansen

Anders Hammer Hansen specialises in insolvency law, including insolvency and restructuring. He also handles matters related to employment law as well as several professional disciplines, including company law and mergers and acquisitions. Anders is a certified insolvency lawyer and represents employees and employees' organisations in connection with filing for bankruptcy, as well as disputes and lawsuits against, among other things, insolvent estates. Emelie Svensson

Emelie Svensson is managing the portfolio of well-known trademarks, from the field of luxury goods and motor vehicles, to the largest players in the entertainment business and film producers. She specializes in European Business Law with an expert knowledge of Intellectual Property Law and Competition Law. She mainly handles international intellectual property disputes where she advises, negotiates and litigates on behalf of well-known global firms throughout Scandinavia. Emelie is specialized in providing IP services in all aspects, all from protecting a trademark portfolio online, handling oppositions, dealing with tech law in respect to filesharing and copyright and by safeguarding clients right the adverting field in addition to advising in the pharmaceutical sector. She assists Swedish and Danish companies in cross-border matters as the only Swedish qualified lawyer working in Denmark and as Board Member of Øresundsadvokater. She holds a vast experience in assisting in the establishment of foreign companies in Sweden including the entire process from the company setup, corporate questions, legal documents, and employment matters. Emelie is heading the Swedish Team at NJORD Law Firm, which counts as most specialized Swedish legal department in Denmark and which is the most frequent filer of copyright matters to the Swedish Patent- and Market Court. She is since March 2019 is a Board Member in the Swedish Bar Association’s Unit for Foreign Attorneys. Previous to her time at NJORD Law Firm, Emelie started her IP-career at the IP-Unit in the United Nations in Geneva. This after acquiring three Masters of Laws (LLM). She also has previous experience from working at the United Nations’ (UNCTAD) IP Unit in Geneva and the Swedish law firm De Facto Juristbyrå. Furthermore, Emelie was chosen to represent the University of Lund at the European Law Moot Court in New York.

Henrik Lyhne

Henrik Lyhne specialises in business law and primarily deals with company law and mergers and acquisitions. Jørgen Erik Frandsen

Jørgen Erik Frandsen is primarily engaged in counselling of financial businesses and other businesses with a background as general corporate lawyer, and heads NJORD’s insolvency, bank and finance department. Further, Jørgen Erik Frandsen was formerly appointed member of The Danish Bar and Law Society for the investigation of Danish lawyers’ prospects in a new market economy, 1998-2000.

Karsten Gudmand-Høyer is one of the leading experts within the field of counselling and legal proceedings regarding consultant’s liability – mainly in connection with cases relating to professional liability of lawyers, accountants, board of directors, and real estate agents. Lars Berg Dueholm specialises in bankruptcy law, reconstruction and civil litigation. Over the years, he has handled the administration of a number of high-profile estates in bankruptcy within the real estate industry as well as manufacturing companies, and Lars Berg Dueholm has acted as a reconstruction administrator and trustee in bankruptcy in a vast number of cases, assisting distressed businesses in various industries. In that context, Lars Berg Dueholm has succeeded in becoming a certified insolvency lawyer. Lars Berg Dueholm has the right of audience before the Danish High Courts and has conducted many significant court proceedings relating, in particular, to claims for avoidance and compensation.

Partner Miriam Michaelsen, head of the Employment Law team, is specialised in the field of HR, employment, and labour law, offering advice to both Danish and international companies. Miriam Michaelsen has vast experience in advising within the field of negotiations, court cases, contract and HR and frequently assists companies with in- and outsourcing, M&A and sale of businesses, and frequently negotiates – both as back office for her clients and face to face –  with unions and organisations. Miriam Michaelsen is – in addition to her work within the classical field of HR and employment law – a first mover within the field of digital work environment and violations.
