Main areas of practice
Information technology: The information technology practice provides legal advice for IT sourcing, data protection, digital transformation, strategic infrastructure and cybersecurity and has unique experience working with business deals in challenging regulatory contexts and negotiations with the largest global providers of public cloud services and other IT services. Clients are mainly banks, insurance companies, large industrial companies, energy companies, real estate companies, public authorities as well as private equity firms and their portfolio companies.

Public procurement: The public procurement practice provides legal advice and representation related to public procurement, protective security, IT sourcing, data protection, digital transformation, strategic infrastructure, cybersecurity, and other commercial agreements for the public sector as well as assistance in dispute resolution and court proceedings. The firm has extensive experience from co-operation and development contracts. This has proven to be of great value in public procurement projects. Clients are mainly governmental agencies, municipalities (and associated companies), trade associations, energy and real estate companies owned by municipalities, and private companies.
