Kristian Pedersen is one of Sweden’s most experienced legal experts within the field of public procurement. He represents contracting authorities and entities, as well as suppliers and service providers, in all types of transactions between public and private parties. In addition to public procurement and utilities procurement, he also possesses extensive experience of defence and security procurement and general commercial administrative law. Kristian Pedersen is also the author of the books Central Issues in Public Procurement and Basics of Procurement, as well as a very large number of articles on procurement and related issues.
