Frank Zandee is a partner in the Corporate restructuring practice.

Frank advises and provides expert assistance for mostly medium-sized and large (international) enterprises on a variety of corporate law issues, such as:

mergers and acquisitions (international) restructuring projects corporate governance company and contract law

Frank graduated in business law from the Erasmus University Rotterdam.

In 2005 he completed the postdoctoral specialisation program Corporate Structures of the Grotius Academy cum laude.
