Bart is a member of the EY Consumer Products & Retail sector group. For a period of two years Bart worked at the Dutch Legal Desk in London, serving UK multinationals and investments funds. Bart completed the post graduate programme ‘Corporate Law’ of the Grotius Academy with distinction in June 2008. Bart is a member of the Dutch Outsourcing Platform (PON).

Chaggai has also worked in corporate litigation, where he has represented large corporate clients in both jurisdictional and multi-jurisdictional litigation. In 2020 and 2021, Chaggai was seconded to the London office of De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek.

He manages the expertise Labor & Employment in Eindhoven. Huub has specialised knowledge and experience in the field of  restructuring, employee participation, (collective) dismissal, reorganisation, Collective Labour Agreement issues, negotiations with trade unions, outsourcing, privacy issues, modification of terms of employment, dismissal of directors in accordance with the articles of association, HR strategy and employment law assistance during mergers and acquisitions. Susan ten Haaf

Susan started her career in 1998 as a legal adviser within the Corporate Secretaries Department of Unilever N.V. in Rotterdam. She then moved to private practice with (the predecessor of) HVG Law in Eindhoven and was involved in many regional M&A transactions and also gained expertise in insolvency law and (corporate) labour law issues. In 2001, Susan worked for the Dutch Legal Desk of HVG Law in New York at Donahue & Partners on cross-border corporate transactions. Susan was appointed Partner of HVG Law per 1 July 2017.

Wouter Jans joined HVG Law in August 2022. Wouter specialises in competition law and regulatory issues. Before joining HVG Law, he worked as a lawyer at a boutique law firm focusing exclusively on these areas of law.
