Bart is partner at HVG Law in the Netherlands and has more than 18 years experience with national and international corporate transactions and specializes in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and contractual partnerships, commercial contracts and business process outsourcing transactions. Bart has a strong focus and ample experience in the following sectors: (i) leisure & hospitality, (ii) consumer products & retail and (iii) technology & platform companies. Bart is a member of the EY Consumer Products & Retail sector group. For a period of two years Bart worked at the Dutch Legal Desk in London, serving UK multinationals and investments funds. Bart completed the post graduate programme ‘Corporate Law’ of the Grotius Academy with distinction in June 2008. Bart is a member of the Dutch Outsourcing Platform (PON).

Chaggai is partner in the expertise Corporate M&A. He advises private companies and listed companies, multinational corporations and private equity firms on national and cross-border private and public M&A. Before joining HVG Law in 2022, Chaggai worked at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek. Chaggai has also worked in corporate litigation, where he has represented large corporate clients in both jurisdictional and multi-jurisdictional litigation. In 2020 and 2021, Chaggai was seconded to the London office of De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek.

Hendrik-Jan Bleijerveld
Hendrik-Jan Bleijerveld is responsible for the Corporate/M&A practice at HVG Law in the Mid, North and East part of the Netherlands and heads the HVG Law Office in Utrecht, which office includes besides corporate/M&A, the insolvency and real estate practice groups. Hendrik-Jan Bleijerveld advises private companies, family businesses, corporations and fast growing businesses, in (national and cross-border) private M&A transactions, joint ventures, management buy-out/in and restructuring projects. His focus is on projects in the sectors of Retail & Consumer Products, Waste & Renewable and Health, Sport & Leisure.

Huub van Osch is a very experienced employment lawyer who specialises in employment law issues at the interface of employment law and corporate law. He manages the expertise Labor & Employment in Eindhoven. Huub has specialised knowledge and experience in the field of  restructuring, employee participation, (collective) dismissal, reorganisation, Collective Labour Agreement issues, negotiations with trade unions, outsourcing, privacy issues, modification of terms of employment, dismissal of directors in accordance with the articles of association, HR strategy and employment law assistance during mergers and acquisitions. Huub often acts as a sounding board for boards of directors of large and medium-sized enterprises because of his capability of being able to think outside the box and his practical approach.

Rutger Lambriex practices in the area of international commercial and corporate law. Rutger is the Corporate and Commercial Law Leader of HVG Law. HVG Law is part of EY Law in more than 70 countries. Rutger is also the Global Corporate and Commercial Law Leader of EY Law. Rutger leads the EMEIA OME team of EY Law, and in that capacity he is responsible for the legal operating model effectiveness and supply chain practice. Rutger has extensive experience in advising global clients on  international company and corporate law matters in a multi-disciplinary context. Rutger’s specific area of expertise is the legal design and implementation of multi-disciplinary restructuring projects for multinational clients, with the focus on integration projects, legal entity rationalization, supply chain projects and  operating model effectiveness.

Sandra van Loon - Vercauteren works as a civil law notary in the expertise Corporate M&A. She has both national and international experience in the area of company law and legal persons law. Scarlett is Associate Partner and with HVG Law since 2006 during which period she worked for the Dutch desk of Donahue & Partners in New York in 2010 / 2011. She is part of the Japanese Business Services group and the Asia Business Center of EY in the Netherlands. Scarlett has over 14 year of experience in advising global clients on international corporate and contract law matters in a multi-disciplinary and multi-jurisdictional context (including coordinating and instructing local counsels in over more than 50 jurisdictions).  
Susan ten Haaf
Susan ten Haaf
Susan started her career in 1998 as a legal adviser within the Corporate Secretaries Department of Unilever N.V. in Rotterdam. She then moved to private practice with (the predecessor of) HVG Law in Eindhoven and was involved in many regional M&A transactions and also gained expertise in insolvency law and (corporate) labour law issues. In 2001, Susan worked for the Dutch Legal Desk of HVG Law in New York at Donahue & Partners on cross-border corporate transactions. Susan was appointed Partner of HVG Law per 1 July 2017.
