Hendrik-Jan Bleijerveld is responsible for the Corporate/M&A practice at HVG Law in the Mid, North and East part of the Netherlands and heads the HVG Law Office in Utrecht, which office includes besides corporate/M&A, the insolvency and real estate practice groups.

Hendrik-Jan Bleijerveld advises private companies, family businesses, corporations and fast growing businesses, in (national and cross-border) private M&A transactions, joint ventures, management buy-out/in and restructuring projects. His focus is on projects in the sectors of Retail & Consumer Products, Waste & Renewable and Health, Sport & Leisure.

Master in law, University Utrecht. Hendrik-Jan obtained the Post Graduate Grotius Degree ‘Corporate Structures’ at University Nijmegen and ‘Corporate Law, M&A’ at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
