Stoyan is engaged in the Litigation and Arbitration practice of the firm and has participated in a number of high-stakes court and arbitration proceedings. He has also participated in a few M&A deals and legal due diligence assignments in the IT and BPO industry.
He provides legal assistance to the firm's clients with respect to their day-to-day business, advising them on various commercial agreements, licensing contracts, labour relations and compliance matters.
Stoyan specializes in international commercial arbitration. He has taken part in a number of conferences as participant and speaker, regarding topics like BPO and ITO industry, international arbitration, etc.
