Alexandra has gained experience in execution and enforcement procedures.

Damyana heads the M&A practice in CasePro. She has managed number of venture capital and private equity investment projects for companies from the Fin-Tech, IT and the Real Estate industry. Damyana has been often invited by various business organisations as a speaker and mentor on topics related to corporate reorganisations, equity investments, cross border mergers, BPO, crypto currency. Damyana leads the legal team servicing reputable international financial and payment institutions, operating in the online and mobile payments sectors.

Dobromir has been engaged in the AML and compliance practice of the firm. His professional experience also includes support on local and international companies with regard to their registration, reorganization, liquidation, various business transactions, including real estate, and day-to-day operations. He also works closely with the Labour Immigration department of CasePro.

Gabriela specializes in corporate and commercial matters, focusing on setting up and reorganisationof companies, execution of corporate changes, corporate transactions and commercial contracts. She participates in the revision of different types of corporate and commercial documentation, as well as in legal due diligence projects. Gabriela has a particular expertise in Anti-Money Laundering law advising companies on their AML internal rules, policies, training programs and UBOs disclosure.

Ivan specializes in Real Estate & Construction, Restaurants, Hospitality & Leisure, and E-commerce & Consumer Protection. Having been with the firm since his student days, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to these sectors. His expertise includes advising clients on property transactions, construction projects, regulatory compliance, and consumer protection issues, ensuring comprehensive legal support tailored to the unique needs of each industry.

Kalina is engaged in all areas of corporate and commercial work, focusing on corporate transactions, corporate finance and commercial contracts. She advises clients on a range of matters, including company formation and restructuring. She provides legal assistance to CasePro’s clients with respect to their day-to-day business, advising them on various commercial agreements and compliance matters.

Margarita is a Partner in charge of the Finance and Banking department of the firm. She has an extensive experience in the banking and non-banking financial sector in Bulgaria and has participated in the legal structuring and conducting of numerous complex project finance and infrastructure finance facility transactions, including tailored lending schemes, combining investment or working capital loans with leasing facilities, bridge financing, direct finance leasing and sale-lease back of industrial real estates, etc.

As a Senior Lawyer in CasePro, Nikolay has taken main part in series of venture capital and private equity investment projects in the financial sector, technology sector and retail. His particular strengths are in the area of Corporate and M&A. Nikolay has been providing legal assistance and advice to international clients relating to setting up their operations in Bulgaria, choosing the most appropriate financing mechanisms for their business.

Nikolay specializes in immigration and employment law, with extensive experience in compliance, corporate, and commercial law. He advises key clients on employment compliance and labor mobility, including hiring, dismissals, company policies, immigration procedures, secondments, visas, and Bulgarian citizenship. Plamena specializes in data protection law and she has taken part in number of conferences as a speaker regarding personal data protection requirements on a local and EU level.

Radost specialises in all areas of corporate and commercial work, focusing on corporate transactions, corporate finance and commercial contracts. She advises clients on a range of matters, including company formation and restructuring, employee share option schemes, licensing and outsourcing agreements, data protection compliance and protection of trade secrets. She has a particular expertise in the FinTech and mobile payments industry, advising payment institutions and e-money companies.

Silvia has a strong background in advising big holding structures on their entire corporate setup, as well as on the commercial activity of their various group subsidiaries. As a legal adviser of one of the biggest media groups in Bulgaria, she has managed number of key projects in the sphere of copyrights usage and protection. Silvia is a specialist in data protection and cyber security law. Stoyan specializes in international commercial arbitration. He has taken part in a number of conferences as participant and speaker, regarding topics like BPO and ITO industry, international arbitration, etc.

Zhaneta has been engaged in the consulting services of the firm by providing legal advice to clients in the field of labor, social security, tax and commercial law. Her professional experience also includes participation in legal due diligence assignments, corporate and real estate projects. She also participates actively in the organization of seminars presented by the law firm on current topics related to the implementation of new legislation and the review of the relevant case law.
