Margarita is a Partner in charge of the Finance and Banking department of the firm. She has an extensive experience in the banking and non-banking financial sector in Bulgaria and has participated in the legal structuring and conducting of numerous complex project finance and infrastructure finance facility transactions, including tailored lending schemes, combining investment or working capital loans with leasing facilities, bridge financing, direct finance leasing and sale-lease back of industrial real estates, etc.
