Andreas holds an LL.B. from the Democritus University of Thrace (Greece), an MSc in Business from ALBA Graduate Business School (Greece) and postgraduate tax certificates in Greek and international taxation (PwC PgC in Greek Taxation, IBFD APCIT, ADIT attend. Cert., CIOT, UK).

He is a qualified lawyer before the Supreme Courts. He has extensive (over 12-years) experience in complex tax and corporate matters and serves clients (individuals and enterprises) on both advisory and dispute resolution level. He plays a key role in tax advisory practice and has been involved as in a wide range of high-volume transactions. He has also experience at all stages of tax controversy and has contributed in positive litigation cases handled by KPP. His practice includes M&A taxation, corporate tax, international tax, transfer pricing, direct and indirect taxation, private clients’ tax matters.
