Prior to joining Bancila, Diaconu si Asociatii SPRL, she acted as in-house lawyer for one of the top multinational companies in the milling and bakery industry from Romania and as a senior associate with a leading local law office.

She has broad experience as a corporate and commercial lawyer. Georgiana’s practice is doubled by her previously acquired expertise in disputes varying from domestic arbitration to civil and commercial litigation and other administrative lawsuits (including public procurements).
