Vincenzo, is head of the Equity Capital Markets department, gained significant experience in public offerings and private placements, assisting his clients in financial instruments placement transactions in Italy and abroad.

He has a solid expertise of capital markets regulation, initial public offerings on European exchange markets and extraordinary transactions involving listed companies. In addition Vincenzo assists his clients such as primary capital markets players and venture capital investment funds in relation to M&A transaction related to start-up and scale-up companies in the technology and food industry.
