Paolo has gained a deep experience in Private Equity markets, providing tax advice to primary European funds acting both in Italy and abroad, related also to the structuring of acquisitions – both in the investing, holding and exit phase - and incentive packages, as well as in tax due diligence activities and financing and re-financing of the SPVs and the target companies.

In terms of international taxation, Paolo has assisted multinational enterprises based in Italy in their M&A activities to reach the control and/or implement the re-organization of foreign target companies, as well as high net worth individuals moving their residency from/to Italy and related the voluntary disclosure programs.
