Areas of practice
Corporate and M&A: the firm provides a complete range of business legal services to its clients for all aspects of their domestic deals as well as their complex multi-jurisdictional transactions. It is extensively involved in cross-border M&A transactions with expertise in building creative and alternative M&A models in line with the mandatory regulations under Turkish law. It also provides legal consultancy in relation to incorporation of all kinds of legal entities including but not limited to real estate investment companies and portfolio management companies.

Real estate and construction: with years of experience in this specific field, the firm has significant expertise in conducting legal due diligence for proper real estate purchase and sales as well as drafting and negotiating agreements regarding direct and indirect real estate acquisitions. It provides forward-thinking legal consultancy to support the development, lease and operation of acquired real estate and innovative legal assistance in relation to zoning plan adjustments and zoning implementation.
