Position
Henrik Wenckert is one of the founding partners of Wigge & Partners. Henrik is specialized in Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Corporate & Commercial. He has more than 15 years of experience from M&A and financing work as well as an extensive experience as project leader in M&A projects, including buy-and-build projects, complex carve-outs and privatizations. He frequently advises parties in small- and midcap M&A transactions, Swedish fund formations and capital raisings especially within the private equity and tech sector.
