Frida also has extensive experience of acting for founder/management teams or investors in the formation, negotiation and restructuring of alternative investment funds, joint ventures, real estate clubs, real estate funds, investment companies and other private equity structures. Frida is also the founder of Women In Alternatives, connecting female decision makers in high positions to discuss and drive gender equality matters in relation to alternative investments.
