Anders Morén specialises in Mergers and Acquisitions and Banking and Finance, with a particular focus on Private Equity. Anders regularly acts for private equity clients on domestic and cross-border mergers & acquisitions as well as the related acquisition financing. Anders also has vast experience from a wide range of financing projects, including real estate financing and bond issues.

Andreas Malmberg

Andreas Malmberg is specialised in banking and finance transactions. He has extensive experience from domestic and international transactions relating to acquisition financing, real estate financing, export financing, asset financing, corporate bonds and securitisations. Andreas also advises on regulatory matters within the banking and finance sector as well as general corporate law. Prior to joining Wigge & Partners, Andreas worked as an in-house legal counsel at a bank and as an associate at another law firm in Stockholm.

Bo Adrianzon

Bo Adrianzon is specialised in Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity, Banking and Finance and Corporate Commercial. He has more than 25 years of experience from M&A and financing work. He is frequently engaged as advisor on M&A transactions and is regularly representing several private equity funds in connection with acquisition and financing transactions. Bo has also represented large corporates in establishing complicated joint ventures inter alia within the energy sector.

Daniel Unger

Daniel Unger one of the partners at Wigge & Partners. He is specialized in Real Estate and he has extensive experience from working in the real estate industry since 2006. Daniel has a wide-ranging commercial real estate practice covering all aspects of property sales and purchases, joint ventures, property developments, disputes and lettings.

Frida Sander

Frida Sander has specialised in the fields of Alternative Investments and fund formation for 20 years. Her clients include some of the largest institutional investors in the Nordics, as well as well-known founder/management teams and investment banks. Regular assignments include acting for institutional investors on the global market (primarily Europe and the US) for alternative investments within such fields as real estate, infrastructure, credits, buyout, venture capital, fund of funds and secondary funds. Frida also has extensive experience of acting for founder/management teams or investors in the formation, negotiation and restructuring of alternative investment funds, joint ventures, real estate clubs, real estate funds, investment companies and other private equity structures. Frida is also the founder of Women In Alternatives, connecting female decision makers in high positions to discuss and drive gender equality matters in relation to alternative investments.

Henrik Fritz

Henrik Fritz is a Capital Markets specialist and has extensive experience from advising issuers, financial advisers, investors and other market participants (both domestic and international) in connection with a broad range of transactions and other market activities including public M&A, IPOs, equity offerings, mergers, capital restructurings as well as related company law, governance and compliance issues. Henrik’s experience also covers financial regulatory within the cryptocurrency, financial services and markets fields. Henrik has 15 years of experience both as a lawyer with leading law firms and from investment banking as part of Handelsbanken’s corporate finance team.

Henrik Wenckert

Henrik Wenckert is one of the founding partners of Wigge & Partners. Henrik is specialized in Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Corporate & Commercial. He has more than 15 years of experience from M&A and financing work as well as an extensive experience as project leader in M&A projects, including buy-and-build projects, complex carve-outs and privatizations. He frequently advises parties in small- and midcap M&A transactions, Swedish fund formations and capital raisings especially within the private equity and tech sector.

Lisa Antman

Lisa Antman is one of the partners at Wigge & Partners and head of the firms Banking and Finance department. Lisa is specialized in the area of banking and finance and has more than 15 years´ experience in different types of financial transactions including acquisition financing, real estate financing, syndicated lending, bond issues and securitisation. From her many years´ association with the law firm Shearman & Sterling in London and European Investment Bank in Luxembourg Lisa has specialized in structured financings such as project financings and other asset financings. Lisa has an extensive experience in representing national and international clients ranging from corporations, organisations, banks, funds and export credit agencies. Lisa is also a qualified solicitor.

Michael Wigge

Michael Wigge is one of the founding partners of Wigge & Partners. Michael is specialized in M&A, Private Equity and Corporate & Commercial. He has a broad corporate practice advising on all aspects of law for over 25 years with particular emphasis, in the latter years, on private equity and corporate governance. Michael Wigge is regularly invited to be a speaker on professional seminars and is co-author to Bank securities and other credit enhancement methods (Kluwers). He has, over the years, advised domestic and international companies on numerous large cross border M&A, restructurings and other private equity investments.

Patrick Forslund

Patrick Forslund is one of the founding partners of Wigge & Partners. He is specialized in Real Estate and he has more than 15 years of experience form the real estate industry. Patrick has a wide-ranging commercial real estate practice covering all aspects of property sales and purchases, property finance, joint ventures, property developments and lettings.

Peter Bäärnhielm

Peter Bäärnhielm is a Capital Markets specialist and has extensive experience from advising issuers, financial advisers, investors and other market participants (both domestic and international) in connection with a broad range of transactions and other market activities including public M&A, IPOs, debt and equity offerings, mergers, capital restructurings as well as related company law, governance, risk and compliance issues. Peter has more than 30 years of experience both as a lawyer in private practice and from investment and commercial banking including as Head of Nordic Investment Banking, Carnegie Investment Bank, Co-head of Corporates & Institutions, Danske Bank Sweden and from SEB Enskilda.
