Position

Natascha Tunkel is a Partner at KNOETZL and applies over 15 years of experience in the field of complex dispute resolution in her practice, guiding clients through initiation of proceedings to enforcement of decisions. She is not only recognized as counsel and arbitrator, but also as mediator and mediation counsel.

As Head of Investigations at KNOETZL, Natascha directs sophisticated and complete analysis of high-volume data to establish relevant facts for purposes of risk evaluation, document classification, analysis of legal action, and asset tracing. Her experience in handling large-scale complex cases as well as her strong commercial acumen enable Natascha to capably identify the relevant issues and potential vulnerabilities of a case. Clients appreciate Natascha’s quick understanding of a matter and her ability to apply comprehensive analysis together with an appropriate and effective strategy.

Career

Natascha has gained experience in both specialized arbitration boutiques and the Dispute Resolution Department of a large international law firm with a focus on the CEE and SEE region. Natascha also has a strong academic background as full-time a lecturer and research assistant at the Department of Civil Procedure at Law Faculty of the University of Vienna. She continues to be regularly invited to speak and publish on pertinent issues of procedural law.
