Managing Partner
Oleksii Voronko specializes in bankruptcy and restructuring practice and holds a PhD in Juridical Science. He has overseen numerous cases involving the financial rehabilitation of Ukrainian enterprises and individuals. The total sum of creditor claims resolved under his guidance, including those from state and commercial banks, as well as private and state-owned enterprises, amounts to hundreds of millions of dollars. His portfolio includes high-profile projects such as the bankruptcy of Lysychansk Glass Factory “Proletariat,” LLC “Autodom,” LLC “Vik R.S.F.,” and LLC “Koron Agro,” among others.
Consistently recognized by prestigious national rankings as one of the leading experts in his area, Oleksii also serves as the Chairman of the Committee on Bankruptcy Law at the Ukrainian Bar Association. In addition to his organizational and managerial duties within the firm, he actively manages projects and represents the company in negotiations with clients and partners.
Career
Before joining Ario, Mr. Voronko had developed his career from a lawyer’s position to managerial posts, having work experience both in private and state enterprises. Specifically, he spent three years working in the public sector at the Department of Bankruptcy, where he held the position of Deputy Director. Additionally, he led the State enforcement service of Kyiv.
Along with organizational and administrative duties, Oleksii manages projects, represents the company in negotiations with clients and partners
