Mykola Sokolov boasts nearly two decades of experience in jurisprudence. His primary specialization lies in debt restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings.
As one of the pioneers in Ukraine, Mykola began advising clients on personal bankruptcy cases and initiated the first legal process aimed at restoring solvency for individuals. Today, he has successfully restructured millions of hryvnias in debts for numerous Ukrainians.
At Ario Law Firm, Mykola supports cases involving bankruptcy procedures for large enterprises, representing both debtors and creditors. He also manages matters related to debt recovery and business solvency restoration, among others.
