About

The firm: With over 25 years of experience in litigation and sharing a vision of the profession, Mauricia Courrégé and Simon Foreman founded the boutique firm Courrégé Foreman in 2014. The team today brings together five lawyers who assist the management and legal teams of companies in the handling of their conflicts, whether at the stage of preventing conflict situations or when litigation actually occurs – be it classic commercial litigation (including arbitration) or criminal proceedings, of which they also have solid experience.

As specialists of industrial accidents and catastrophes, the firm’s lawyers intervene in emblematic cases of technological accidents as well as in everyday issues. The team collaborates with engineers from all disciplines with the aim of continuously gaining a better understanding of the technical risks that companies are facing, and to understand and master the issues in the litigation stage.

The firm’s lawyers have notably developed a more specific expertise in the aeronautical field. They cover the more in-depth points of French and international regulations and regularly represent major operators in the field in cases of accidents, industrial risks or product liability.
