Tanja, an Attorney at Law and Counsel specializing in labor law matters, provides comprehensive legal counsel to clients across various aspects of employment and labor law. Her expertise extends to regularly representing clients in labor disputes before the courts in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Tanja possesses exceptional negotiation skills when dealing with labor unions and boasts extensive experience in individual and collective dismissal cases. Furthermore, she is adept at drafting collective agreements, employment contracts, and settlement agreements.

In addition to her proficiency in labor law, Tanja advises clients on data protection and privacy matters. Beyond her role in labor-related litigation, she serves as a key member of the litigation team, representing clients in diverse legal proceedings

Tanja is a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Srpska as well as member of the International Bar Association (IBA), as well as she is a member of the Council of the European Regional Forum at the International Bar Association
