Partner

Davorin is a Partner and a co-founder of Dimitrijević and Partners. He leads our team advising clients in infrastructure and energy law.

He is highly experienced in matters related to public-private partnerships, concessions and public procurement. Davorin focuses on legal mandates and regulations related to the development of infrastructure and energy facilities, having extensive experience in complex regulatory and permitting matters. Davorin advises clients active on different projects including transport infrastructure, energy efficiency improvement, renewable energy sources, and ESG.

Davorin is a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Srpska as well as member of the International Bar Association (IBA). He is actively representing Dimitrijević and Partners as members of Associated European Energy Consultants (AEEC) and is also an associate member of the Energy Law Association of Serbia (UPES).

Davorin is a graduate at University of Banjaluka, Faculty of Law where he earned his LL.B. (2007)
