Đorđe is an Attorney at Law and Counsel with over 10 years of professional experience. Đorđe is primarily engaged in real estate matters. He concentrates on advising clients on various real estate matters including leasing, acquisition and disposition, development, construction and investment matters. Furthermore, Đorđe advises clients in the banking & finance area and has significant experience with complex legal securitization mechanisms such as parallel debt and floating charge.

In a few cases, Đorđe successfully challenged the constitutionality of real estate laws before the Constitutional Court of Republika Srpska

Đorđe is a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Srpska as well as member of the International Bar Association (IBA). Also, he is a member of the Editorial Board of the Professional Journal “Advokatura” and member of the Council of the European Regional Forum at the International Bar Association.

Đorđe is a graduate at University of Banjaluka, Faculty of Law where he earned his LL.B. (2011)
