Dispute resolution: Every client who instructs our disputes resolution department receives partner-led attention. If required, we can swiftly put together a cross-departmental team to ensure your dispute is managed in a holistic manner. We advise UK and international clients on all types of disputes including commercial, corporate, commercial and residential landlord and tenant, sport, contentious Wills and probate, sports law, and employment. We are committed to ensuring a resolution is reached as quickly and cost-effectively as possible and will use alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation and arbitration where appropriate. Our disputes resolution team can also advise on litigation funding.
